How Get China Customs Clearance Section Done for Imported Used Printing Machines

 

Below is the import procedures of used printing machines.
1. Obtain Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate. This is the first and an important step. Which shall be conducted by CCIC, either in warehouse where the machine(s ) are stocked or in Hong Kong. If the machine(s) pass the inspection, CCIC will issue  Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate of Qualification with which we can proceed to next step.


2. Handle automatic import license which is also known as O certificate


3. Arrange shipment to destination port, and then declare commodity inspection, do commodity inspection, obtain bill of entry, and then declare to customs, obtain tax bills, pay taxes, and then customs release the cargo. 


Required documents for China import customs clearance of used printing machines include packing list, certificate of origin, user’s manual, bill of lading , invoices, sales contract, and detailed information of each machine, such as HS code, commodity name, quantity, weight, specification, cargo value, place of production, function and application, machine conditions, packing method, clear photos of machine front, machine right side, machine left side, and machine name plate.
